Paul Gugenheim founded Delta Structural Technology, Inc. in 1994 as an extension to his paving company, Alpha Pavement Technology, Inc. in Amarillo, Texas. After 11 successful years in the paving industry, Paul was approached to solve the bridge repair problems in the state of Texas. Through innovative research and the need for greater repair technology, Paul was introduced to Ed Fyfe, renowned seismic bridge repair specialist and chemist in California, thus forming Delta Structural Technology, Inc., composite contractors and engineers. Delta Structural Technology, Inc. prides itself in being a part of the evolution of structural composite technology.
