Description

Trust Officer Ms. Keeton administers trusts with full discretionary authority and is also an operations specialist for Delta Trust Company of South Dakota, Inc. She has had extensive experience as an accounting analyst and has worked with marketing and research. She is also responsible for the daily operations, accounting functions and record keeping of the trust accounts. Ms. Keeton holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance and Management from Dakota State University, Madison, SD. She is currently attending Cannon Financial Institute’s Trust School.

Chief Executive Officer For over 34 years, Mr. Bernhard has worked in the trust and bank management industry. His first 22 years were with The First National Bank in Sioux Falls, Sioux Falls, SD. He worked for 20 years in the Trust Division of the Bank, administering a wide variety of trust accounts. During his final two years with the Bank, he joined the senior management team of the organization and served as its Chief Financial Officer. In 2001, Mr. Bernhard joined Delta Trust Company, Inc. and became its Chief Executive Officer.

Vice President and Trust Officer Ms. Voller joined Delta Trust Company of South Dakota, Inc. at its inception in 1992, and has gained significant trust administration experience as well as very valuable insight into South Dakota banking and trust company requirements. She administers trusts with full discretionary authority and works with the families and investment managers to adhere to the requirements of trust documents while also meeting the needs of the beneficiaries. Ms.

In recent time, Delta Trust Company of South Dakota, Inc. and the Bell Family have decided to provide its services to a select and limited number of clients. Part of the intent of the limitation is to preserve the uniqueness of the organization and to continue to provide the undivided attention in the administration of trust accounts.
