Description

We pride ourselves on taking the time to listen, learn and understand what our customers needs are. We take seriously the commitments that we make to our customers about quality and delivery schedules. Our goal is to make our customers successful, which we feel is the best way to ensure our own success.

“In his machine shop nothing delighted my grandfather, Tom Dugle, more than working late into the night developing ideas and prototypes for his customers. It was his passion and he had many innovative patents to show for it. Some might say he was needlessly old fashioned about his work ethic and earning his customers' trust. We look back and see much to admire and emulate. Almost 40 years later the second and third generations of our family guide the company with this same personal commitment to honesty, integrity and quality, as does every Deltec associate.

“Having worked with many different sheet metal fabricators over the years, I can say Deltec is second to none on customer service, quality and turnaround time. Recently, we needed castings made but the foundry had a firm 12-week lead time. The problem was our order had been taken based on delivery within six weeks! So, I called Deltec. They helped reverse-engineer the castings into a sheet metal enclosure and delivered them in a week.

Our experience working with Deltec the past 10-12 years has been whatever I needed they stepped up to the plate and produced it, from rough concept to design to prototyping and production. Their people are incredible to work with. Hooptech manufactures over 900 parts, and with prices being so competitive, I’ve tried different sources for certain items over the years. No one though has been able to compete with Deltec’s design capabilities, craftsmanship and quality.
