Denark Construction, Inc. was selected by the Tennessee Board of Regents to provide Construction Management at Risk services for the Renovation of Corlew and Cummings Halls at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Denark was selected over twelve other companies based on our team's qualifications and experience, our technical approach to the project, as well as our Construction Manager fee and general conditions costs.

The $50 million state-of-the-art Knoxville News-Sentinel Headquarters Facility is another premier project for our region that Denark completed as promised, on schedule and on budget . Denark Construction served as Construction Manager At-Risk for the 178,000 square-foot facility, which anchors the new Center City Business Neighborhood. The new plant and editorial headquarters, designed by McClier/designAlliance with Lockwood Greene, includes a major high-bay press facility; 100,000 square-foot press/production facility; and a 78,000 square-foot, two-story news/business office.
