DenMar Services, Incorporated (DenMar) is a closely-held corporation headquartered in Lawton, Oklahoma. DenMar is a woman-owned, small disadvantaged business and a current participant in the Small Business Administration 8(a) Business Development program. DenMar was formed in October 2001 by its principals, Ms. Marquetta R. Fritsch and Mr. Dennis R. Holland. DenMar principals have significant key personnel experience gained while working at large and small U. S. Government service contractor companies over thirty plus years. DenMar was incorporated in Oklahoma in 2001 to provide responsive, reliable, and high quality services to federal government customers, particularly the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). DenMar was accepted into the Small Business Administration 8(a) Business Development Program in June 2003; graduation scheduled for June 2012. In April 2003 we were awarded our first U. S. Government contract, the FAA Longmont Facilities Management and Custodial Contract in Longmont, CO. We have experienced slow, but steady growth…expanding into visual information/multimedia services with the U. S. Air Force at Tinker AFB, OK in 2004. In 2005 we experienced our largest growth period competitively winning a visual information/multimedia services contract at Lackland AFB, TX, a janitorial contract at Peterson AFB, CO (FAA), and three service contracts at Fort Sill, OK performing a variety of functions to include floor maintenance, MWR Army Community Services, and Army Chaplain Music Support. In addition to the above, our portfolio of contracts now includes the USAF Academy, CO Springs, CO (Visual Information Management); Vance AFB, OK (Multimedia/Postal Service Center/Reprographics); Fort Knox, KY (Special Purpose Facility ); Altus AFB, OK (Furniture Management and Postal Service Center); and Longmont, CO (Janitorial Services).
