We at the Dental Assistant Pro wish to welcome you to an innovative and unique course in “Dental Assisting.” We offer a course designed to give you the best basic foundational knowledge and skills necessary to start your new career at a minimum cost of time and expense. The Dental Assistant Pro course of study came into being as a result of conversations between dentists. Every dentist recognizes the importance of a good dental assistant in helping him/her provide a good service to his or her patients, reduce stress on both the patient and doctor, and keep the practice growing and profitable. Given the shortage of trained dental assistants, the existing obstacles for a person to go to school for training, and the unwillingness of dentists to train someone "from scratch”, Dental Assistant Pro came into being. The basic framework for this curriculum is patterned after a successful assisting program in another state.
