WELCOME TO DENTAL PROFESSIONALS EMPLOYMENT SERVICES We specialize in serving the dental industry. This includes private practices, community clinics, HMO’s, government agencies, hospitals, denturists, and dental schools. We offer both temporary placement and permanent placement services. We specialize in providing temporary assistance in urgent situations with limited advance notice as well as extended temporary help. -DP provides evening and weekend pager service for urgent needs. -DP provides confidential skill, reference, and background checks. -DP has access to prescreened dental professionals. -DP provides permanent referrals tailored to your criteria. -DP lets you choose between a fee basis of payment or our full payroll service. With our full payroll service Dental Professionals assumes responsibility for the following: -DP pays all related taxes. -DP maintains all employee records for seven years. -DP issues employees W-2 at the end of each year. -DP handles any workman compensation claims and they will not be filed against you. -DP is responsible for unemployment claims and they are not filed against you. -DP will maintain Hepatitis B Virus Vaccination forms. -DP maintains accident reports for 30 years (per WISHA). -DP will pay for new employee background check if Client Employer requires.
