After ten years of dental office experience, Cathy Erickson, responded to her sister's urging to "sell your Rolodex".Like most front office staff, Cathy had grown tired of spending hours each week on the phone with carrier or employer representatives. Long before she founded the company, she had begun to meticulously gather and catalogue benefits for local area employers. When she set out on her own, she was able to sell her database of 350 employers in two 3-ring binders. She marketed the product and researched benefits by day; filed, compiled, and published it by night. Cathy’s original motto still guides the company’s service: Wrong information is worse than no information at all.
