DENTS PLUS was established in 1995, by Jim Schladetsch, an experienced collision repair technician. With over thirty years in the collision repair industry, he has both managed and owned heavy collision shops. He knew that heavy collision centers, which traditionally handle large major damage repairs, often delayed repairing minor body damage. Often these centers relied on the smaller jobs as "fill-in" work to supplement their larger jobs. This resulted in frustration for the owner of the vehicle who often had to wait extended time periods for their repairs to be completed. Recognizing there was a need for a shop that handled only non-heavy collision repairs, he started DENTS PLUS.
