The ARCS Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded in Los Angeles in 1955. This volunteer women's organization is committed to providing scholarships to academically outstanding U.S. citizens studying science, medicine and engineering.

Dress for Success is a not-for-profit organization that was founded in New York City in 1997. Since its inception, Dress for Success has helped over 500,000 women worldwide. Its mission is to promote economic independence for women in need. This is done by providing job coaching and other essential career knowledge needed to obtain and sustain employment, helping to find employment, and by furnishing them with business attire. Continued career guidance and support is also given even after employment has been found.
