As a personal injury attorney for over 25 years, I have helped hundreds of people throughout Texas obtain fair and just compensation when they were injured because of someone else's negligence. When I take a case, I am driven to succeed, because I know that the difference between winning and losing determines whether my clients receive the justice they deserve. I am one of a select group of attorneys who have who have been certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. This in itself is a significant achievement. What I am most proud of though, is my firm's proven record of results in difficult cases involving medical negligence, auto accidents, products liability, and other acts of negligence. This record includes a number of million-dollar verdicts and several published cases. I am tenacious at every stage of the legal process and have an ability to deal successfully with difficult opponents, whether in settlement negotiations or at trial.
