Unlike many large contracting firms, company owners Bob Anderson and John Ridzon maintain close personal involvement with every project, ensuring the smooth and timely completion of every phase of the project. Through our architectural woodworking subsidiary, DescoWood, we’re also equipped to design, fabricate, and install custom millwork such as storefronts, casework, and retail display fixtures. Founded in 1994, DescoWood today provides millwork to a wide range of customers, including healthcare agencies and institutions, schools, libraries, and restaurants.

As the founder of Desco in 1983, John developed the company’s first business plan and helped guide the company into construction work for the retail and medical industries. Today, John is responsible for the management of construction operations as well as construction personnel. With over 30 years in the construction industry, he serves as an invaluable resource for our project managers and helps to ensure that our customers consistently receive the highest level of service and support.
