The Pixie Project located in Portland, Oregon is animal adoption center which also provides affordable veterinary care for those who need extra help to care for their pets. Founded in 2006 by Ann and Robert Sacks and their daughter Amy, the Pixie Project has recently expanded from fifteen hundred square feet to five thousand square feet to provide more homes for cats and dogs looking for a place to be loved.
