Design and Fabrication Incorporated was formed in April 1994 in Upper Sandusky, Ohio. While the company itself is fairly new we have the experience and capability to design and fabricate items from simple tables to elaborate assembly machines. In 1998 we moved into our new building that includes 1000 square feet of office space and a machine shop and fabrication area, (6,200 square feet), located at the intersection of St. Rte. 182 and Malabar Drive (400 Malabar Drive) in Upper Sandusky. Our fabricating shop consists of two band saws, two MIG welders, one TIG welder, a plasma cutter capable of cutting up to 1 ” thick steel, a 3/16 ” sheet metal brake, and 42 ton Ironworker. We are capable of designing and fabricating assembly machines, gauging fixtures, inspection stations, finishing fixtures, lift assist fixtures, etc., to your company's specifications and build a turnkey machine including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic. We also have the capability to machine the parts to your specifications and drawings or design and machine them for you depending on your needs.
