As a relationship builder with over 20 years of experience in construction, Ira is able to develop new opportunities through his various roles in the company and community. He is involved with new business development, estimating, construction production, project management, and the management of trade partner and vendor relationships. In 2004, Ira created Mosaic Construction, the sister company to Design Construction Concepts.

Serving Chicago's North Shore for over 20 years, Design Construction Concepts is a full service Design/Build company specializing in custom commercial and residential projects. With a background in architecture, we take pride in our ability to preserve design within the confines of budget.

Design Construction Concepts has refined a unique process of Design/Build over the course of many years in business. Our process has been shaped by our experience working with numerous clients across multiple projects — from residences to commercial projects such as boutique office, medical, retail, and tenant spaces. With many years of experience in the trading and financial world, Mike’s key roles are to manage the company’s software, insurance, and financial information and to network in the community. These roles include bringing people together and influencing others through his words and actions. He devotes much of his time working with many important professional organizations and charities. In his free time, Mike loves to play poker and has won numerous tournaments. He also enjoys being a soccer referee and spending time with his family.
