Over the years we have collected an extensive archive of completed plans containing a wide range of home styles from narrow condominiums to large luxury homes. Our stock plans are a great value because of our ability to revise existing plans and incoporate specific customizations that will meet your unique plan requirements. For Builders Our extensive collection of stock plans is readily available for your convenience, any of which can be purchased for a one-time build. For a modest increase, you may opt to purchase a license to build the plan as many times as desired with no “re-build” fees! In this manner, a builder can spread the initial cost of a plan over many units, thus lowering the cost per house to a minimum. In the meantime, Design NW will archive the files under the builder’s name indefinitely. This creates a resource for the builder to simply order more prints for new projects, or specify changes to the plans as needed. Ask a designer for more details.
