Design Services Company, a house plan design company, was founded by Tim Chapman in Kingston Springs, Tennessee. In late 1990, the company was purchased by Dianne Shelbrack, a designer employed by Mr. chapman. She relocated Design Services Company from Kingston Springs to Nashville, Tennessee. Design Services Company provides house plan designs for growing families, people needing to down-size, add home office integration, add living space for parents...or just when an improved home environment or location is desired. Dianne Shelbrack, owner / designer, graduated from O'More College of Design, Franklin, Tennessee with a Bachelor of Interior Design degree. Before beginning her focus on home plan design in 1989, she designed offices for an office / warehouse developer and interned with a local interior designer. She also has retail sales and design experience relating to wallpaper, residential lighting, and art supplies. "My goal is to work with clients to create stylish home designs that are comfortable, livable, and an expression of their tastes.
