Melody Binion rejoined the Designer Builders team in October of 2009 with over 20 years experience in the building industry. Being the primary liaison, she is responsible for scheduling sub-contractors, supplier deliveries, and coordinating job progress. Melody maintains open communication with clients throughout all phases of the building process to assure all details are finalized efficiently. Following closing, she assures customer satisfaction by promptly scheduling all warranty service calls.

Craig Keller is a licensed residential and commercial builder with over 20 years of design experience and has been a member of the Designer Builders team since 1994. He serves as project superintendent for Mount Vintage Plantation, Woodside Plantation, Cedar Creek and privately owned properties throughout Aiken County. Craig's expertise and commitment to going the extra mile are tremendous assets to both customers and coworkers.
