Description
The Designers Furniture Gallery was incorporated in 1980. Marilyn S Hansen was the Director of Interior Design for the department store J.L. Brandeis when it discontinued its furniture operation. Our first home was a 6000 sq. ft. mansion in disrepair at 39th and Dodge. We renovated it, submitted it to National historic Landmark, and received it's designation in 1982.
