Living in one of Roger's custom designed homes, you cannot help but notice the quality and all of the little details that make a home unique.” In 2007 my husband and I went to the Parade of Homes to get some decorating ideas for the home we were about to build. As we approached Roger’s entry, Castello di Lago on Jimmerson Lake, we were totally captivated by the exterior of the home. As we walked in, huge wood beams, oak floors, and a framed view of the lake through soaring two-story windows sealed our fate.

The estimating phase of a project entails submitting the plans to each individual sub-contractor that will potentially work for us. Although the drawings contain the information required to build the project, we also submit a scope of work to each of the subs, this further defines what we expect them to provide. Your involvement in this phase is just as important as it was in the beginning. There is a large amount of selections that an owner has to decide on based on the style, function, color and most important, price.
