Dr. Alan Weiss serves as the Medical Director of Annapolis Integrative Medicine, and has practiced medicine for over 15 years. Dr. Weiss holds a Bachelor of Arts in biology from the University of Virginia and earned his medical degree from McGill University, completing his internship in integrative medicine at the University of Hawaii and his residency in internal medicine at St. Elizabeth's Hospital of Boston. He is board certified in internal medicine and is a fellow of the American College of Physicians. In the practice of medicine, Dr. Weiss uses an individualized patient-based approach, employing the best of conventional and natural medicine. He has particular interest in working with people dealing with complex or chronic medical issues, including but not limited to fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, hormone imbalance, and obesity.
