Your office support was efficient and your staff members dedicated to submittal processing, estimating and contract administration were all outstanding. You guys bent over backwards to make the #’s work back when we had to go to Council to request additional funding (that was still below the original value of the bid) to complete the project. The onsite team that you put together for our project, led by Doug Gibb is among the best in the business. As a matter of fact, the follow through, responsiveness, attention to customer service and quality control provided by Doug is the reason that I sent every other landscape and construction project your way over the last several months. While I have worked with a lot of good people, having a PM of Doug’s caliber on a project is extremely rare, I would definitely say he is one of the best PM’s out there. I would also extend the same complement to Jose and his concrete crew, whose quality of work and thoughtfulness is unmatched in the park construction world.
