DeSmidt's Golf Course and Country club was established in 1964 as Hi-view Golf course. It was purchased in 1989 by Charlie and Colleen DeSmidt. The original nine holes is an executive, par 29. It's rolling terrain is perfect for the beginner golfer, yet it is still a challenge for the expert golfer. The new nine was designed and built by Charlie DeSmidt. The championship, par 36, opened July 1, 2000. It's separated fairways will make you feel like you are on your own private golf course. With four tees on each hole, it will accommodate all levels of golfing ability. When you combine these two courses, you will find one of the most beautifully manicured courses in Marinette County. The snow white sand bunkers, crystal blue ponds that come into play on five holes, and over 20,000 flowers, make this course an absolute must see. After your day of golf, be sure to stop in the clubhouse. Our friendly staff is waiting to serve you a refreshing drink and hopefully the best prime rib you have ever tasted.
