Destiny Packaging is a community based organization that manufacturers corrugated containers and other packaging materials; as well as a complete fulfillment center. We will draw our workforce pool from the surrounding community by focusing mainly on 'welfare-to-work', and 'school-to-work' programs. In doing so, we will not only reach one of our primary goals-which is, to revitalize and stimulate the inner-city economic landscape, but also provide individuals with much needed work and manufacturing skills; and improve self-worth. This in turn will increase the productivity and enrichment of the surrounding community.
