Vicksburg, Mississippi's daily newspaper reports that the Riverwalk Casino and Hotel is on track to open ahead of schedule and notes that parent company Magnolia Hill, LLC is the first company to receive a gaming license for a Vicksburg casino since the early 1990s. Helping to facilitate rapid progress on the Riverwalk project , Development Management Associates LLC is providing development consulting services to Magnolia Hill. The Mississippi Gaming Commission approved the gaming license for Riverwalk July 17.

With the Riverwalk Casino and Hotel near opening, a front-page photograph in Vicksburg, Mississippi's daily paper captures one of the development's unique features--a commitment to exhibit works by local and regional artists in interior and exterior spaces. Development Management Associates, LLC is pleased to have contributed to the public appeal of this project by providing development consulting services to Magnolia Hill LLC, parent company of Riverwalk Casino and Hotel.

A reconstruction and widening project on Des Plaines River Road between Touhy and Devon avenues is set to begin June 14. Work will be funded primarily by the Illinois Department of Transportation, with contributions from the city of Des Plaines, village of Rosemont, and Midwest Gaming and Entertainment, LLC. Midwest Gaming is developing a 147,000-square-foot casino on a 20-acre site at the northwest corner of River Road and Devon Avenue and will contribute $320,000 to upgrade traffic signals at that intersection and $140,000 to speed road reconstruction.

Providing development management services to JMB Realty for The Residences at 900, on Chicago's North Michigan Avenue, Development Management Associates sought out a source for high-end home automation technology. DMA partnered with Crestron Electronics to offer a flexible set of options that enhance the market appeal of these distinctive luxury condominiums and include distributed audio, video, lighting control, and phone system communications.
