Project Description Jays Foods, Inc. manufactures, markets and distributes snack products throughout seven states in the Midwest. Development Solutions, Inc. (DSI) was retained by Structured Development, LLC., a local real estate development company, to provide general contracting services for the redevelopment of Jays Foods on the South Side of Chicago. Scope of work included a $7,000,000 renovation of the existing plant and construction of a 600 foot long conveyor belt bridge connecting the separate production and packaging facilities.
