DSI Management, LLC has been involved in Healthcare Management for over 29 years and during these years, facilities for the developmentally disabled and the elderly were developed and managed successfully. DSI has had significant experience successfully rehabilitating troubled operations. Terry W. Bangs is President and CEO of DSI. After receiving his Ph.D. degree, Terry began working for a chain of Healthcare facilities in Wisconsin, first as the Director of Therapy Services, later as Administrator and Vice President of Operations. In 1982 he co-founded DSI Management in Florida. Kenneth H. Schultz is a Certified Public Accountant and is the Secretary, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of DSI. After working in a Public Accounting firm while teaching a national CPA review course, Ken worked briefly as the Controller of a chain of Healthcare facilities in Wisconsin and for Exxon Coal in Texas before co-founding DSI Management in Florida. DSI has been very successful in attracting and keeping a highly qualified staff that are dedicated and professional.
