D ickinson Webber Co., Inc. was founded in 1984 by Edward J. Ferrari to provide Actuarial, Consulting, and Third Party Administrative Services to Multi-Employer Trust Funds. Through the years, the company experienced excellent growth and maintained client relationships with forty-five (45) such Funds. In 2004, the assets of Dickinson Webber Co., Inc. were transferred to Dickinson Group, LLC. Albert J. Alimena is the sole owner of this new entity. All former Dickinson Webber employees continue to be employed by Dickinson Group, LLC. All client relationships continue to be serviced by Dickinson Group, LLC.
