Susanna Dicks was grew up in the Southern Georgia farming community of Waycross. Growing up, Susanna worked on local family farms beginning at age 11 in a tobacco field. She married her best friend, Brad Dicks, over 20 years ago and moved to Florida and joined a close knit Real Estate development family. Susanna and Brad have one daughter, Sarah, and twin boys, John and Aaron. The Dicks family has been in the real estate business for over 45 years, developing and selling thousands of rural properties.

Brad has been licensed and active in the Real Estate Industry for over 20 years. Brad started helping his dad flag roads for developments by the second grade and spent his free time in Jr high and high school on the family farm and construction equipment getting the next project ready for sale. As a young adult, Brad entered the sales team at Dicks Realty with a formal education in horticulture and practical experience in land management.
