Making the image look perfect -- that's the goal of good retouching. Many products arrive at our door with dents, scratches, ragged edges, etc. They can remove these imperfections so there's no hint that they ever existed, using our special combination of skilled hands, strong visual sensibility, and technical expertise. They grade retouching jobs in terms of the difficulty and time required to optimize the particular image. An image needing minimal correction is generally a case for Level One retouching. On the other hand, a badly mangled comp may require several hours of Level Three retouching.
