Hi, this is Scott and Jaden Hair, owners of Digital Doctors. We started this company because we were flooded with phone calls from our friends and family asking for help fixing their computers. We quickly realized there was a market for a computer repair company that is friendly and reliable - people who could explain what is going on with the computer without all the techno-mumbo-jumbo?! Someone who our Moms would trust & understand!! And that is how Digital Doctors was started. We moved from San Francisco, California to the Tampa Bay area, in search of sunshine and great beaches. Scott has over 16 years of computer programming and repair experience, with a degree in Computer Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Jaden has spent over 10 years in technology marketing, building internet marketing programs for companies such as Earthlink Network, Apple Computer, Hewlett-Packard, Best Buy and BV Wines. Digital Doctors, Inc. technicians are all certified and trained continuously on problems that home and small business computer users most frequently face. With so many factors that could cause a computer breakdown viruses, spyware, adware, software, hardware and user errors it takes experience to accurately diagnose and fix the problems.
