Digital Engineering s a sub consultant for the preparation of a Stage I Environmental Assessment (EA) for the Clearview Parkway Corridor. DE is providing engineering services for the overpass options on Airline Drive over Clearview Parkway. The project is administered by the Regional Planning Commission and funded by the Louisiana DOTD.
