We have been working in web design and web development since 1995. Our team consists of 4 certified designers, 6 professional programmers, 2 full-time testing engineers, two technical support specialists, and 2 project managers. Leading the team is Phillip Nguyen, who has over 17 years of experience in the business and technical field. Mr. Nguyen holds advance degrees in business management and software engineering from Western Michigan University and Grand Valley State University.

Team effort and good communication: How long it takes to develop a project, and how soon we can get a finished product, is often dependent on your project leader. Once we agree on a project, there are time-lines that need to be monitored and dates to be kept. We ask you to appoint a “contact person”. This person is like an ambassador for your company and will be the only official speaker for your company. They are responsible for the project.. This goes a long way to avoiding any misunderstandings.
