Description
"My partner and I want to write you this letter to thank you for working with us to build our custom orthotic business. Until we started working with you, we had not found any other company that produced high quality orthotics that consistently exceeded our patient’s expectations. We have used the 3DO Technology both in our office and out. The scan takes only a couple of minutes and the graphics speak for themselves. Not a lot of explaining is necessary. Your system is so easy to use, that we didn’t need much training to become enough of an expert to use.
Many back, hip, knee, and foot abnormalities are caused by the abnormal function of a joint complex in the foot called the subtalar joint. The relative occurrence of these abnormalities can be related to the relative proximity to the subtalar joint. Therefore, the majority of pathology that arises out of an abnormally functioning subtalar joint occurs in the foot, fewer occur in the knee, and fewer yet occur in the hip and low back. Relative to the cost of treatment for these conditions, an orthotic case fee is often the most cost-effective treatment plan.
"I wanted to write and tell you how much your product has improved my mobility. Due to my Achilles tendinitis and sever plantar fasciitis, I have tried several off-the-shelf foot arch supports, but had little success. I didn’t realize just how uncomfortable my feet had really been for so many years until I had ordered custom orthotics. Now, because of my custom orthotics, I can actually walk in comfort.
"I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the orthotics that I have recently purchased from your company. Your customer service is outstanding, and the high quality orthotics you produce are top notch. My hobbies include hiking, running, snowboarding, and mountain biking, and I feel that your product has allowed me to take my outdoor activities to a new level. I have enjoyed these hobbies for most of my life, and in recent years, my hobbies have caused knee pain and fatigue. I had to eventually restrict myself from doing some of the things that I liked the most.
A more common consequence of an abnormally functioning subtalar joint is plantar heel pain. This condition is often referred to as heel spur syndrome. The genesis of this problem is an abnormally functioning subtalar joint which causes the foot to pronate excessively or for a longer than normal duration during the gait cycle. As this occurs, a thick fibrous ligament called the planter fascia that is attached to the plantar aspect of the heel and fans out across the arch of the foot into the ball of the foot, is stretched excessively.
