In the past, we were only able to provide aggregate numbers, but since implementing C3M here at UGA I have been able to provide employers with the kind of detail that exceeds their expectations For example, the day after our Fall Career Fair I was able to email participating employers a complete breakdown by major, graduation date and ethnicity of the students who attended.
