The most current version of the Rules may be found at http://www.digitalpath.net/ (the “ DIGITALPATH Site”). Please review the Rules at the DIGITALPATH Site prior to accessing the DIGITALPATH Services since the Rules may have changed since the date of production of this software. DIGITALPATH may change the Rules and the scope of the DIGITALPATH Services on a semiannual basis in whole or in part. Posting of the updated Rules at the DIGITALPATH Site will constitute notice to you of any such changes, although DIGITALPATH may choose other types of notice for certain changes.

DigitalPath is dedicated to making a difference in underserved markets by bringing high-speed internet and phone alternatives to everyone who currently isn’t experiencing the power the web can bring.

No phone line, modem or other customer-supplied equipment is required to receive DigitalPath service. The connection from our tower to your location is wireless and we provide and warranty all necessary equipment as part of your installation agreement. You may wish to install a wireless router at your location and DigitalPath equipment is fully compatible with it.

PATH may ask for your Personal Information, such as when you register as a member. All Personal Information we collect is stored on servers with limited access and is used to provide services to you.
