I contacted three internet photo repair shops: yours, one in Arizona, and one here in NY. The one in Arizona never got back to me, and the one in NY told me I had to bring in the camera for an estimate. You were the only one who gave me an accurate estimate sight unseen and delivered as promised. The fact that you were able to do this and describe the problem back to me was very reassuring.
