Description

We pride ourselves on the quality of care we provide our residents and the attention we give to family members. Our direct care staff includes RNs, LPNs, TMAs and Registered Nursing Assistants. A Registered Nurse is on staff seven days a week. Our program staff focuses on life skills and retained abilities by keeping residents active through daily purposeful involvement.

We provide a home for individuals with dementia/memory impairment that focuses on relationships rather than task. The relationships we encourage consist of our residents, their families and our staff. We all work together as a team to create a community that promotes growth and development that nurtures the human spirit, therefore each resident can be at the highest level of functioning possible. The Wellstead of Rogers is a residence of distinction for memory care.
