Diode Communications is a subsidiary of Diller Telephone Company. Diller Telephone Company is an independent Telco that has been serving the communities of Odell, Harbine and Virginia, Nebraska since the mid 1950's and Diller since 1899.Diller Telephone prides itself in providing state of the art technology to its 900 customers in its four small exchanges. Recent technological advancements include fiber optic cable links between exchanges and ongoing digital switch upgrades. Diller Telephone provides Diodecom.net services through high-speed DSL & traditional Dial-up Internet with access to customers in Diller, Odell, Harbine & Virginia. Diller Telephone exchanges: Diller (793); Odell (766); Harbine (754); Virginia (688).In 1982, Diode Communications began offering cable television services to several small communities in Nebraska and Kansas. In 1994, Diode expanded it's service offering to include DIRECTV, satellite television services to nine counties in Nebraska and Kansas. Most recently, we have began providing 33 communities in Nebraska with wireless Internet.
