We provide home services to customers across North America. For both residential and commercial/industrial customers: HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) installation and service, plumbing, water heaters, electrical services, protection plans, building automation, facility maintenance, energy audits, energy management consulting services. Also offers business management and operational counselling to independent home services contractors.

We're the biggest home services provider in North America, working across 50 states to look after the air conditioning, plumbing and electrics for over 3 million homes through our Clockwork Home Services business and its 3 largest customer focus brands of One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Mister Sparky. Our Airtron/Airco business has been providing residential and light commercial heating and air-conditioning design, installation and service to builders and homeowners for over 40 years in the Texas, Midwest, Mid-Atlantic areas.

Direct Energy operates across 10 provinces in Canada with core offices in Toronto, Ontario and Calgary, Alberta.
