6. Course of Action for Third Party Payment Disputes. 6.1 Chargebacks. 6.1(a) A “chargeback” is the return of funds from The Company to your credit or debit card or payment account with a third party. This occurs when you dispute the charge that The Company made against your credit or debit card or payment account with a third party vendor. 6.1(b) The determination of your credit or debit card company or payment account with a third party regarding a chargeback and dispute of charges is not binding upon The Company.

2. Advertisement Service Subscriptions. 2.1 Direct Placement ®. 2.1(a) If you subscribe to be served through The Company’s Direct Placement ® service, The Company will contract with the Bing ® search engine and/or Yahoo! ® search engine on your behalf, to ensure a hyperlink to your web site appears in the “Sponsored Results” section located on the first page of either/both the Bing ® search engine and/or Yahoo! ® search engine results.
