I have been licensed by the State of California since 1992 to provide real estate financing for residential and commercial properties. I view the financing of real property not as a single, isolated transaction, but as an integral part of a total financial plan. By necessity, this means going beyond just finding the lowest possible rates and most competitive loan programs available. Consequently, I am dedicated to spending the time necessary to determine my clients’ needs and goals and then provide the financing options to meet those goals.
