Richard Roth, one of the most respected executives in the packaging industry, is DISC’s Chief Strategy Officer. His unique combination of design acuity, technological knowledge, and sales & marketing savvy, along with his extensive experience in the media packaging industry, has made him an integral part of the DISC management team. Throughout his career, Richard has worked with major producers and industry associations, providing leadership in graphics, packaging development, brand design strategy, sales, and marketing.

John Rebecchi is one of the founding shareholders of DISC and has served in leadership roles in finance, sales, marketing, and management for over 27 years. Currently Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development and Director, John has worked to expand the scope of the company from a regional to a national packaging force with international reach, analyzing and identifying new markets and broadening DISC’s client base in the process.

Stephen Frey, a key member of the DISC leadership team and one of the founding principals of the company, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Sales and Director. Over the years, DISC has benefitted from Steve’s breadth of experience in production, manufacturing, systems and process implementation, sales and business development, and management. He joined Disc Graphics’ prepress department in 1978, quickly moving into a supervisory role, and established the company’s Production and Planning department in 1985.
