Description

As our customer, you acknowledge you have the power and ability to enter into this contract on behalf of your company or organization. You agree to provide us with everything that we’ll need to complete the project including text, images, information needed, when we need it, and in the format we ask for. You agree to review our work, provide feedback and approval in a timely manner as well. Deadlines work two ways and you will also be bound by any dates that we set together. You also agree to the payment schedule set out at the end of this contract. We have the experience and ability to perform the services you need and the ability to carry them out in a professional and timely manner. Also, we will make great efforts to meet all deadlines set, but we can’t be responsible for a missed date or a deadline if you have been late in supplying materials or have not approved or signed off on our work in a timely manner at any stage. Additionally, we promise and commit to maintaining the absolute confidentiality of any information that you give us.

We use the contact information you provide us to establish our service for you. We use payment information for payment processing purposes only. We create and maintain other information such as customer account status, choice of services, and customer logs in the normal course of providing service. Discount Web Designer may share customer information with selected partners, for example, to provide you with information about products which might be of interest to you or to enable you to take advantage of special partner programs. Discount Web Designer may also use customer information to provide customers with system information or information about new or upgraded products. We will not otherwise disclose customer personal and account information unless we have reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of Discount Web Designer, our customers, or others, or where Discount Web Designer has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.

You are responsible for writing any text copy unless we specified include it in the original estimate. This is best provided by you or your company as we do not know your business like you do. We’ll be happy to help though, and in addition to the estimate we can provide you copy writing or content creation services at a “non-profit” rate, currently about $12 per article.
