DDI is a full service trial consulting firm with over 60 years of collective experience in venues throughout the U.S. DDI specializes in formulating, testing, refining, and implementing effective trial strategies and themes. Our work includes a full range of pre-trial jury research projects, witness evaluation and preparation, jury selection, graphics, trial monitoring, and post trial interviews. All cases are staffed with highly trained professionals holding Doctoral degrees in psychology, who see a case through from beginning to end.

Over the years, DDI has worked with over 750 witnesses. Using our experience and the results of any research done on the case, DDI is often asked to assist in preparing witnesses to testify. The goal of this work is to help witnesses feel more comfortable with their roles, and to maximize their ability to communicate. These sessions are planned in advance and always conducted with counsel present. DDI has experience working with percipient witnesses as well as expert witnesses, and can assist with preparation for depositions, video depositions, trial, bench trials, and arbitrations.

Dr. Dan Gallipeau is co-founder and President of Dispute Dynamics, Inc. For over 22 years, he has assisted in the formulation, implementation and communication of effective case themes and strategies. In addition to jury trials, Dr. Gallipeau has assisted clients with bench trials, mediations, and arbitrations. Dr.

Founded in 1993 by experienced and nationally renowned trial consultants, DDI consultants have handled over 1,550 matters throughout the U.S. The founding partners of DDI, Barbara Swain, J.D., Ph.D. and Dan Gallipeau, Ph.D. , have been pioneers in two critical areas: (1) using thematic approaches in case presentations, and (2) using written juror questionnaires. Both founders are highly sought after speakers who have given seminars for a number of legal organizations, law firms and corporations on these and other topics.
