Distinctive Gourmet Catering was created by Valerie Foss & Lawrence, her husband of 31 years. Valerie began baking cakes and making appetizers for local businesses, after she and Lawrence moved to Rabun Gap, Georgia, from Coral Springs, Florida. Upon the huge success of her first catered wedding, Valerie decided to begin a catering business. Valerie's love of cooking is evident in every delicious dish that she prepares. It is this love of cuisine and the pride the Valerie takes in every aspect of her business which inspires her ongoing commitment to consistently provide exceptional food of the highest standards to all catered occasions.
