For instance, the team includes former Administrative Patent Judges with almost a century of collective experience in reviewing file histories, understanding prosecution nuances, and distilling issues. Our attorneys can also offer patent services relating to development of an effective patent program, strategic patent portfolio management, and commercialization/monetization of patents.

Gene Z. Rubinson, a former partner in the law firms of McDermott, Will & Emery LLP and Lowe, Price, LeBlanc & Becker, concentrates on patent matters, including expert witnessing, consulting on patent practice, and formulation of opinions relating to infringement and validity. He has extensive experience in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in telecommunications, electrical and mechanical systems technologies, as well as providing client counseling in a wide range of technologies.

Dr. Weisstuch previously worked as a patent agent with McDermott Will & Emery, LLP, Washington, D.C. office, and with Lowe Price LeBlanc & Becker, Alexandria, VA. Dr. Weisstuch has extensive experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in a wide range of chemical, mechanical, and electrical technologies.
