Description

Directors and supervisory committee members are elected at the credit union's annual meeting each year. Each volunteer is elected to serve a three (3) year term. Expiring terms rotate so that only a portion of the positions available on the board and supervisory committee will be elected each year. The board of directors elects its own officers and is required to meet monthly. The supervisory committee elects its own chairperson. The supervisory committee is responsible for auditing the credit union's books and records at its discretion and is required to send reports twice a year to the State of Minnesota Department of Commerce.
