Now, as I look back at the project, I realize how valuable the services provided by Diversified are to a company like MRO, for we lack both the experience and time necessary to manage a project of that magnitude. I honestly feel we wouldn’t have made our move-in date without Diversified. Company Profile Diversified’s Boston office was founded in 1989 with the mission of providing objective tenant representation, project programming, construction administration, facilities management and move coordination to our clients. Our Hartford, CT office was founded in 1996 to better serve Hartford, Stamford, New York and Western MA. Over time, we have grown to become one of the largest and most respected project management firms in New England and have managed projects locally and nationally. Over the past 12 years, we have worked with hundreds of clients totaling millions of square feet of space in virtually every type of business. Some specific industries have included; legal, software development, manufacturing, business services, telecommunications, high-tech, health care, biotech, school/institutional, financial services and many others.The Diversified team is comprised of full-time Project Executives and Managers who interact to solve problems. Our staff comes from a variety of backgrounds and has extensive experience in general contracting, architecture, design, systems furniture, moving, facilities management and CAD/CAFM.
