Doane and Doane, P.A. was founded in 2003 by attorneys Randell C. Doane and Rebecca G. Doane. Their goal was to provide legal, tax and related services to clients, their families and closely held businesses.

It is the goal of Doane and Doane, P.A. to provide our clients with years of legal experience in a timely manner and at reasonable rates.

A family limited partnership (FLP) is one of several estate tax minimization strategies. Creating an FLP enables family members to transfer shares of family assets easily from one member to another. This is particularly useful in multi-generational asset transfers.
